Loved everything about these, great size, not huge but definitely still a full sized glass. The engraving looks great. Used them for my wedding to the groomsmen and the honor guard and everyone loves them!! Will absolutely buy again.

I ordered five 9 oz Whiskey glasses along with five Shot glasses, all with custom etching. The glasses are all very high quality and the etching was excellent in every detail. They are exactly what I was looking for. And they arrived very quickly, about 3 days earlier than I expected.As for customer service, when the glasses arrived, one of them was cracked. I contacted My Personal Memories about getting a replacement by email and I received a response just a few hours later. They were sincerely concerned about my issue and promised to send me a replacement. Sure enough, within 3 business days I received my free replacement and it is just as outstanding in quality and workmanship as all the others.I could not be more satisfied with dealing with My Personal Memories. I will be referring my friends and family to them and I will be using them again often.

Fabulous company. One of eight glasses broke during shipping. Due to time sensitivity I reordered the glass with in 15 minutes of delivery and had no problem with a refund. Most definitely will use this company again

The glasses look good and engraving came out well. The only thing I noticed is slight imperfections in the glasses. Little knots/raises in the glasses but not a big deal. Also I ordered 1 to see how it came out before ordering the rest of the groomsman glasses and when I put them all together the glass color is slightly different. So if you order a set order them all at one time. It's not that noticeable until you see them all together but at a distance you can't tell. They are very nice and will go perfect with the other gifts we purchased for the groomsman.
