This is a great coating, but if you want the best results, airbrush. Dries really quickly, so a regular brush can leave streaks. The product is awesome and very sturdy/durable!

Work perfect on my aligátor belt

I purchased this item in "High Gloss" specifically because i had just purchased a new pair of 511 work boots,waited wearing them until after i had them shined. So i reading the directions and followed them to the T - as well as dried them for 5 EXTRA days. Prior wearing them they looked fantastic,streak free and super shiny....Up until I put them on and wore them for a whole 5minutes,no exaggeration!!! The pictures included below were taken mere minutes after i laced up my brand new $165 511 boots up for the first time. Prior to leaving for work i had to run out and walk my pup — The pictures below were taken at that point) Before ever leaving for work they already looked like absolute trash and resulted in me changing into my old boots,as my new once looked unacceptable and only kept getting worse. Definitely buy at your own risk-as this product legitimately damaged brand new $165 boots.

Terrible product! Angelus dropped the ball on this one. Can't get a good finish by brush, or airbrush! No matter what type of brush I use, I get brush strokes. Can't get an even finish with the airbrush either. Do not buy this product! Stick to the old fashioned Krylon!
