I wasn’t able to get a single use out of this because it jammed as soon as I squeezed it the first time. Something weird happened with the spring, the handle is out further now than I think it’s supposed to be but I can’t tell for the life of me what happened. I tried loosening and tightening the screw, nothing helped.After manually pushing the blade back down, I wanted to see if it would have even cut a nail if it worked. I didn’t want to test it on my real nail (as that’s what I intended to use it on) so I tried cutting off the very tip of a qtip. Couldn’t even snip that cleanly, so I’m glad I didn’t try on my nail. This is ridiculous. I’m returning.

This item broke as soon as I took it out of the packaging, I wonder if I received a defective item to begin with. It's junk and I'm annoyed I have to return this.

My daughter and I have started practicing doing our own nails at home. I bought these acrylic nail clippers to help make things as easy as possible because so far we’ve been using regular nail clippers. I haven’t used these yet but my daughter has and she really likes them. She says they make cutting poly gel nails so much faster and easier.

When I first got it I just squeezed it to see how it was and the blade got stuck at the top and wouldn’t go down. Had to unscrew it and rearrange the blade/other metal piece. Have it to wear I can cut the nails now but it’s very loose and still sometimes gets stuck at the top. Price wasn’t bad just wish the handle and blade were better connected.
