The best feature of this cabinet is that the drawers are fully supported on the bottom and not just at the edges or, as done on some of the el-cheapo plastic ones, only along the first half of the front edge! The reason why this is important is that the flimsy polyethylene drawers that all these cabinets use now will deform and warp if only partially supported and you put heavier items like screws or bolts in them. The sides of the drawers will bow out and then they become hard to slide out, but you won't have that problem with this unit. The molded pocket for putting removable labels is nice too, and the drawer handles are a better design than most. The all metal cabinet also doesn't bend or get distorted when you fully load it and then try to move it the way plastic ones will. But for these nice features you will pay two to three times more than the Chinese corner-cutting all plastic versions. If you want high quality storage drawers you don't have many options though, I haven't seen these cheaper anywhere nor have I seen other units of similar quality at the same price point. You can go to the next level on quality and pay even more though.

I purchased this product to store fasteners (wood screws) of a variety of sizes in an organized manner. The case is sturdy and very well made. It has enough heft to make it disinclined to be easily knocked over, spilling all the contents (if stored on a bench top). The drawer size is also quite suitable for my uses (woodworking projects). What I find less than satisfactory is the material from which the drawers are made and the fact that the drawers are much easier to pop out of their slots than I would like. I disagree with the reviewer who said the tiny tab on the drawers prevents them from sliding out unintentionally. While there is a tab, it is too small and the material from which the drawers are made is too flexible to be very effective. I would much rather a harder plastic material for the drawers and a tighter fit in the slots with a more substantial protrusion at the back of the drawers to prevent them pulling out of the slot so easily.

It is perfect for organizing nuts, bolts, screws, nails, washers, etc etc. it's small enough that it doesn't take up unnessary space, but adequate in size to store a good amount of items. See photo for size comp.

Exactly what I was looking for! The item is of sturdy construction and the plastic drawers are of much better quality than other brands. The drawers don't fall out the back since there is a metal lip to prevent that from happening. The only complaint that I have is that the drawer separators are sold separately and are a bit pricey. I use this product for my jewelry findings and to separate each drawer of my 30-drawer unit was over $60. Other than that, great product! I will definitely purchase another one when I get more inventory.

I'm happy with this item. It seems well made, comes with nice accessories like paper labels. High quality and functional for storing a sorts of things.

Very well constructed steel frame with plastic drawers. The unit is sturdy and doesn't slide around when opening drawers like the all-plastic ones. Twice the price of the plastic units but you get what you pay for. I purchased two for storage of hobby related items.

I am using this in my literary station so my first graders have the letters they need to build words.
