Excellent bowls, lovely quality and colour. I bought them for water bowls. The dogs happily drink out of them and the silicone trays catch any drips and also food as I place one tray under her food bowl which makes cleaning easy and if she picks the food back up off the floor (it is raw food) it won't be covered in hair or dust from the carpet. The bowls came packaged so beautifully too.

I never thought I'd care much about the bowls my dog uses...I mean dog bowls are a pretty standard item... but these bowls and mats are genuinely really nice, I'm so glad I have them! I got a set of one bowl + mat gifted to me from a friend, and I had to buy a second set for my pup!They came nicely packed in a neat cardboard box, no plastic (lovely!), and looked amazing when we set them down in our kitchen. They aren’t anything fancy…just plain bowls and mats, but have a nice quality to them and look classy. They do the job, they don’t slide around, and are a good size. And of course, the big bonus of being sustainable! Our dog isn't fussed (he'd eat off the floor happily), but the bowls are a permanent part of our home so I am so pleased they look good. Have had friends and family comment on how nice they look too!*Edit: one point I’d mention (not a complaint) is that they do NOT behave like plastic bowls...because they are not plastic! One bowl cracked after I dropped it, a bit like a ceramic bowl. I contacted Pet Impact who offered me a free replacement…which was kind…but I had dropped it…and I wouldn’t expect a free replacement if I dropped and broke one of my dinner plates or wine glasses! I took the free replacement anyway though 🙈… haha (thanks Pet Impact, you are very kind!!) So just be careful when handling!

These bowls are great however i wish I could a slow feeder one for our puppy as a pair with a water bowl. Definitely recommend a smaller size for a smaller puppy as I got the bigger size however he still eats and drinks out of both and are easy to clean. The mats were pointless for our puppy as he doesn't move them around.

With so many dog bowl options available it was hard to pick, and I ended up spending way too much time deciding on such a simple item. But I made the right choice with the Pet Impact bowl and mat. Hopefully this review helps you avoid wasting time picking bowls as I did.Pros:- Good quality. The bowl feels durable and the base mat is thick- A small way to help the planet. It’s made from renewable resources and came in a FSC certified cardboard box- Looks good. Colour is subtle and natural, doesn’t look cheap like some others on Amazon- Deep enough – it is a perfect depth for our dog’s needsCons:- Slightly pricier than some other options (but worth it)- Base mat could be bigger, only because our dog is extra messySummary:In my opinion the pros far outweigh the cons of this bowl & mat set, I’d happily recommend any pet owner to get one of these.

These bowls are good but not very deep. The mats do keep them in place so they fulfil there purpose , all in all a good buy but could do with being a little deeper .

Great quality bowl on first appearance, the mat is a smart looking extra, looking forward to seeing how they stand up to the test of my lurchers raw food and washing. Fingers crossed.
