The makers inform you about the best way to boost the anti-inflammatory power of this ingredient, in a pdf. I like that assistance. As for the pills themselves, they contain the boosted amount and are easy to swallow. They have less of a peppery taste or aroma than others I have tried, if that assists your own decision.
