If you have never used an ikebana vase you are in for a treat. Just put in a stem or two and you have an dash of color. Add that special touch to your kitchen, bath, guest room or dining table. After the glaze firing I attach the pin frog (that's the poky, metal thing that keeps the flowers standing up!) with waterproof epoxy so that it stays in place. These vases are so easy to use and make great gifts. Waterproof. Use for fresh or dried flowers. Measures about 5 x 3 inches
