Q: Do you get FOUR pairs? these are $9.96 at walmart

I first found these at Fred Meyer up in Washington state. Walmart seems to get discounts on wholesale items of colors ppl don't like and therefore can sell them for half price. These were around $20 each at Fred Meyer but I got them when they had sales so, I paid around $14 for mine. I have 3 pairs and LOVE them! I'd pay $30 if I had too. So if you just want comfy pants to wear around the house in cold weather or under your outside clothes for extra warmth, buy these at Walmart if they have your size. These are VERY stretchy tho, so try on a pair at the store if they don't have your size. But if you're looking for a certain style or color to go with your wardrobe, you may have to pay a bit extra to get the exact product you desire and get them here on Amazon or whatever site may carry what you're looking for.

Q: Is there fleece on the interior?

Yes, the fabric is fleece on both sides. It’s very warm and comfy.

Q: Is the graphite color almost black?

No. It's like a dark grey bordering on a lighter gray color. I would not compare it to black it's definitely gray! I hope that helps!

Q: Do they have an elastic waist?

Yes, but it's a narrow elastic band covered with the same fleece fabric as the pants. It stretches and, if you get your correct size, it will fit well.
