I love the bag, it was pretty while it lasted, it didnt last as long as I would like, because the edges became frayed all away around.

Q: Is the lining sewn down? I dont like it when the lining comes out.

Unfortunately, the lining is not sewn down.

Q: Color says navy, but picture shows teal and tan, is that correct?

Not sure I bought the Coffee colored

It can be worn over the shoulder. Mine came with a long shoulder strap and short handles
