Very good hand drill a little slow but very good for crafts

I've had this 1 month and the cord has split right into at the connection end that goes to the drill. So disappointing!! I have only used it a handful of times when I needed to make holes bigger on beads. Do not buy unless you are willing to loose money!

Like other reviewers have said: Lacks torque and will stall if pushing. While a majority of my needs are drilling balsa wood, this tool will stall even in balsa.

I needed to drill holes in panels as small as 4"x4"x7/8". The pieces are delicate collages and I needed something that wouldn't destroy the art and its panel and would be small enough to do the job. Like the other reviewers noted, I agree that the cord could be longer without having to use an extension cord. Aside form that small issue, there's a nice assortment of bits and the drill is lightweight. I do wish that the collets were sectioned off as the bits are so that we don't have to try each one to find the one that fits. I understand it's less expensive to just put them in a bag instead, but still . . . But all that said, I really like my new drill.

I wanted for projects when crafting. The cord is super short and will get pulled out if you are even doing a little stretching. The drill bits break easy.UPDATE- customer service reached out to me to try to make things better- that was wonderful and an unexpected surprise! I can tell that they care about the products
