Works, but not recognized by Dell servers.
Be warned. This product DOES work, but a Dell R710 does not recognize this device as an official Dell drive caddy and it will throw HDD errors as a result.

It's a drive cage. It works for the prescribed application. It's a bit too expensive for what it is, thus 4 stars.
