I use it in wet or damp hair to define the curl (mine is more like squiggly) but it defines my texture better than any other product I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried many

I have used this product only once, and that was after my hair had already been styled. However, it did give my hair the body and texture it needed to prevent the style from going flat and separating at the crown. One thing that the company needs to address, though, is that the bottle leaked around the lid. Not enough to send it back, but the inside of the box was damp and the bottle inside the plastic that it was wrapped in was sticky and wet.

Product is fine. The condition of the product upon delivery was not. It leaked all over its inner box and there was a piece of red and white tape that said…..Tamper resistant tape.
