I bought two of these. Wind it up and set them against a wall as per the directions. I caught one mouse, it was alive so know the trap will not kill the mouse. It is not easy to get the mouse out without having it run away/escape, if it is alive when you try to empty the trap.

Mice get out of the plastic top. They went in the top and came out of the top. They ate the bait. Maybe the one with the metal top would work.

This trap, for me, has been the most successful at catching mice. We are able to catch 2 to 3 mice at a time each night. (Need to find that hole.) I have tried others, but this type, they seem to like.

Works great, have caught about a dozen mice after a few weeks of use. This was a good deal. I would recommend to others.

I purchased two of these traps. Both traps caught the legs and tails of the mice breaking legs and cutting tails. It has a wind up mechanism that powers it. These are humane traps.

great trap. Catch dump then in a bucket of water mice instant kill.

Never touch a dead mouse again. Works !
