Coming from a totally honest space, I bought this diary without hesitation. I didn't read the reviews or even look at all the pictures.. LOL because as soon as these drop each year, I grab one! It's a MUST HAVE. I love Yasmin Boland and have learned so much from her interpretations about astrology, even apart from just her Moonology series, so it's an exciting day when she drops something new. I say this to be transparent, and don't want anyone to feel like this review is coming from a biased space. Yes, I would have purchased it ritually, but I am honest about flaws-- with anything. So with that being said, here's the scoop:After I purchased this year's diary, only then did I decide to read the reviews and look at some of the pictures that were shared here. Now I'll be honest, I was a little taken aback by some of the more negative reviews (mostly in anticipation of receiving it LOL) but some of the reviews did have me a little worried.What I mostly saw were comments about the main color of the inside of the book, which is a greenish/bluish/teal color, as well as the new format for this year's addition. So with that being said, I will speak to both of these topics.The Color - I don't have the best of eye sight. I'm a frequent dry eyed contact wearer, but the color was honestly fine for me. I really feel like this is a to each his own thing, and will be a different experience for everyone, but I don't feel like it warrants a one star review. I personally like the color. It highlights the "Earth/Air" year we're having in 2023, which for me would be a combo of blue/green colors, so I think it's relevant and fitting, though I do understand if some people have a hard time reading it, and how that could be discouraging. However, with the proper lighting, it should be fine!The New Format - I LOVE IT! This is a "diary" but it's packed FULL of super useful information. I noticed some people complaining about the space to write things, but the space is honestly PERFECT for what this diary is INTENDED to do. This isn't a diary where you should be writing your whole life story. That should be done in a blank diary. This diary is intended, truly to learn about what is happening under these different moon cycles and transits, so that you can align your energy to what is happening and write a few lines about your goals/dreams/wishes/releases/etc. pertaining to that specific cycle/transit. These things are meant to be short, sweet and to the point, because whenever we are working with the moon, we want to be as clear as possible about our intentions. Too much space leaves too much room for jumbled energy to start creating chaos. If you would like to write more than what is provided here, that is a personal choice and would be better suited for an unguided, blank diary. This dairy WILL HELP keep your manifesting/releasing, goals/desires organized and easy to recite back to the moon/universe, during your own personal Moon routine.I also noticed some complaints around the new "week" view style. This was one complaint I was shocked about when I actually got the diary. I think it's WAY more organized, easier to read and understand, and gives more of an opportunity to utilize the diary more frequently. This new format allows you to get more in touch with all phases of the moon and surrounding transits-- which is the true purpose of all of this. The month view-- as the previous ones were, felt very centered on "here's the month, here are the moon's, come back on the next new/full moon" This new format feels all inclusive, as well as much more neat and organized. It's perfect for what it is INTENDED to do.This diary has a pretty cool bonus feature this year, that makes this version all the more exciting! It's an attached bookmark! LOL It might not sound like much, but for me, this is a game changer! It saves some time flipping through a million pages when trying to find the current energies. It will hold your place and when your done, you can pop into the place you'll be coming back to next time and BOOM, when you pick it up again, you'll already be where you need to be LOL I think this is wonderful and hope it's included in all future versions of this diary! Thank you Yasmin & Team for the gift!All in all, as someone who has owned every one of these diary's, I have to say, this one might be my favorite. Although it's a bit of a toss up between the 2021 version and this one. 2022 was okay but I felt it lacked a lot of detailed info and I yearned for more throughout the year. I feel like this year's 2023 version compensates for that, so overall, I'm satisfied!In conclusion, everyone won't love it, but that goes to say for anything in life. If you use this diary correctly-- for it's intended purpose, it will be a magical experience. If you can Read/Write in it under the proper lighting for you and your own eyes, and find a way to appreciate this new format for what it's meant to provide you, you should be okay!I 10000000000000% recommend this diary. You will love it, even if you need to make some adjustments on how you use it!

I am so excited to have this book and use it before the end of the year. I really like Moonology and what they have to offer. Great shipment and eager to start reading it. I even put my order in for the 2024 book too.

I love this calendar and amazed of Yasmine abilities and all is written in this diary, how ever the way calendar is organized and dates are confusing for me and hard to find the page at each moon cycle. It could be a more clear format.

Noone mentioned the ribbon! I know it’s not a huge detail, but I love it! (A pen elastic would be lovely too.) I used my pen as the bookmark last year, so I am so ecstatic about this simple ribbon bookmark.This is my second Moonology Diary; I got 2022, last year. I love Yasmin, her teachings, and especially Moonology. I love that this diary is a daily companion for the Moon Work laid out in her book, Moonology, and her courses of the same title. This is the best moon journal I have used in the past 4-5 years.I do not like that the ink of the text and the page color are so close. It makes it extremely difficult to see in low light or moonlight. I wish I had reviewed last year’s diary, bc I didn’t like the blue on blue last year, either. I love the shades of colors picked, it’s just too close in tone to see when writing and trying to keep from waking the rest of my family.Fortunately, this year there is a lot more text in black, but the green on green is still very hard to see in low lights.The pre-calendar content has doubled and I love the extra info about the new and full moon in each house, very helpful! I also really like the full week on one side. It will make it easier to write an affirmation and a card. Now that I have this diary in hand, I am ready to face 2023, and to set my goals and send my intentions for the most energetically optimal times! Thank you!

I have purchased the Moonology diary every year since the 1st one was published. They are lovely and easy to use tools for implementing some moon magic into your life. This year's journal is by far the best one yet! The colors and fonts used are amazing. The bookmark was a fantastic addition. And the return of the moon in house overview is a welcome treat! I had cut those pages from the 2021 diary when it wasn't in the 2022 one. Overall fabulous journal and even more fabulous guide for using the moon in your daily life!

Great for documentation in your daily life on (not only moon phases) planets, sun sign and more. Helps me stay focus on my daily life and to improve my spirituality.

Excellent information, showing the effects of moon cycles on humans. Explains how to use the moon’s cycles and how best to prepare for each cycle.

This will be my 3rd year using The Moonology Diary. It's packed with thought provoking questions and information. Literally everything you need to know to follow the moon. I do all my planning in it. Ive tried other diaries along with buying this one and hands down this one is awesome. I use in it conjunction with Moonology. The only thing is I'd like to have it in a spiral bound format and I wouldn't mind paying more for it. 😄

A must have to guide me through the annual Luna Cycles on a daily basis. Plenty of informative information shared plus space for your own added Manifestation list and notes.Highly recommended for all Moonology fans.

Bought for my mum she used to use the moon diary by mystic but that's now gone down hill so thought we would give this a try so glad we did she loves it and gives here everything she needs.

The diary is very informative, extensive preface and astrological predictions for the year. Useful exercises and rituals for New, Full moon cycles.

Such a brilliant journal to help you keep track of the moon and know when to set intentions, release energy and to manifest!
