This was bought to repair a split in 2 of my water butts in my garden. I noticed the floor was getting wet for no reason so I drained the butts and found both had a split in the same place. Obviously a manufacturing defect that had given way. I cleaned and dried the area inside and out ready to apply this tape. The tape is very easy to cut and sticks really well. Plenty of grab as soon as it makes contact with the material you're applying it to. The water butts are now holding water again and hopefully should stop the split from opening up again.

Sticks well and provides great protection from rain. I used it on the roof of my porch. I installed it 18 months ago and it is good as new.

I tried to repair a leaking hose but the water continued to leak. I guess it is not supposed to do that.

Nothing about this tape I received is as they advertise. First it arrived rather mangled with some of the glue sticking out already, but still perfectly usable (or so I thought).It won't stick, I tried it on a ceramic pipe, it won't stick, I tried it on a wall, I could peel it off like butter after 20 minutes. Tried it on a metal pipe that was wet, won't stick. Tried it on a ceramic tile that was wet, won't stickAs I said, a waste of money, not even a shred of the behaviour they advertise, disappointed is a mild way of putting it.

This company are outstanding in their customer service. I will definitely be using this company again. They care about their customers. I had felt the tape itself was extremely sticky and the adhesion appeared to be strong enough to be able to stop a leak. Unfortunately this was not the case for me.
