I emailed to ask how large the capsules were and was told they were about as big as an ibuprofen. Beware - that is not true. They look to be at least 2-3 times as large, and I cannot choke them down. Since I've read that about 40% of Americans have trouble swallowing pills, Vitaquest should probably put a picture (next to something for scale) or mention the capsule size (00 or whatever it is).

These supplesment have improved my sleep, energy levels, and mood. I recommend this product.
