I've had these pans for awhile now and I'm pretty disappointed in them. The don't hold up well to even moderate heat and tend to warp badly. They are thinner than my other pans that I replaced these with and also seem to be made of a different metal? I would not purchase these again.

If pan it heated to anything above 350F, it leaches a green liquid. Noticed it thankfully before anything was consumed. Heat conduction was good as the mini breads were the right consistency but the end result was obviously not edible.

They are perfect for small baking jobs.

These pans are really useful for those cooking for one or two. They are large enough for a couple of baked potatoes or a couple of pork chops, for example. Obviously if you're going to bake cookies, these are not what you need, but they are great for many things. They are a nice weight, and have a good non-stick finish.If you are in the market for some small baking sheets, these are really ideal and at a great price.
