My old hat got up and walked away... so now it is time for a replacement.Here is a comparison between TrailHeads Race Day (Charcoal), TrailHeads 360 (White), HeadSweats Race Hat (Gold), and Nike Heritage86 Aerobill (mocha-green?) ...I also really liked the Adidas adizero Prime Cap--but it was too expensive @ $34 and is not pictured.While all of the hats were good looking, had solid construction, and felt light, breezy, and comfortable... not all of them had a dark under-bill or reflective material that catches headlights from any direction like the TrailHeads hats.The HeadSweats hat can adjust 2 inches smaller or .5 inches larger. However, even if my head was .5 inches larger--the hat would still not fit well. The sewing angles make the upper bunchy and angled looking unless worn tightly on the head. I rated this hat worst of the 4, because there really is no excuse for using that much lumpy angled material--when the hat strap is almost at it's maximum size.For me, the only hat that fit best was the Nike hat, as the HeadSweats and TrailHeads hats seem to be made for people with lots of poofy hair (or very tall foreheads) because the amount of material in the hat itself seems to be far more that what is needed based on the maximum girth of the hats. All of these hats had so much extra material that pulling them tight--they would bend my ears backwards. In fact, I took some photo's to show just exactly how much extra room there is by wearing a golf ball under the hats.In the end, I liked the Nike hat best. It has a soft -inner-bill, and can be worn snugly without my ears bending over--or loosely without loosing it's shape.

Fair price, soft and comfortable fit.

First impressions of this product are good. I haven't given it much use yet, probably only a couple of runs, but right from the start I noticed a nice fit right across the head. The cap sits snugly and comfortably right across the head and is certainly very comfortable. I don't know if it's real or not, but the cap seems to just come down the back of the skull ever so slightly which helps with the fit. It seems to sit just below the largest part of the skull at the back and really helps with providing a feeling of a firm, but not tight fit. We'll see how it goes with continued use, but very happy on the first few uses.

Great cap! Light weight, breathable, love the black under bill (primary reason I brought it).

Fits great. Breathes. Absorbs sweat. Washable. What more could you want?

Fits well, absorbs sweat and easy to adjust for my larger than average head.

Superb lightweight hat. Had several, last for years and only replaced after collecting too many nicks and bangs from riggers sticking out in the boathouse.
