What an amazing bed and absolutely stunning quality. The company is very good keeping in contact. They also quickly responded to email I sent as I had a part slightly damaged and a part missing (bed feet). They were quick to reply and post out replacement parts.I also had an issue with the delivery company and the company selling the bed were quick to help contact the courier and keep me up datedHighly recommend

First of of all for a super king size bed for £369 including mattress and delivery what a bargin. Bed is fantasic and mattress is amazing. When order was placed amazon told it would be 10 days. 4 days later got a phonecall saying it would be deliverd the next day between 7am and 9pm. Next day got a phonecall at 7am saying he was 10 mins away so in totall from ordering to the bed being deliverd 5 days... when bying this bed please keep in mind that it will take 2 people take upstairs due to size of it. In all worth every penny. The only negaitive i would say in the packgage there was 1 bed leg missing it does make the bed any less harder to put togther or have any impact on the way the bed or even a issue but should be part of the packgage. I have yet not got back to the surplier about it yet due to me coming bk from holiday. All in all would highley recomend bying this product.

A few misunderstandings about delivery which were dealt with efficiently. The bed is amazing, beautifully made and very comfortable. Colour range is amazing. I highly recommend!

Good value. Easy assembled

Cheap quality build and soft mattress as expected for the price. Get the bed without the mattress and buy a good strong matress and the quality of the bed won't be an issue as it looks decent.

Purchased this item - just finished decorating and attempted to build it.No instructions.Staples EVERYWHERE (someone clearly had fun!). Some particularly nasty ones protruding out which caught me a few times.Headboard - not a clue on how to fit it.Suffice to say, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item at all!
