So, this isn't a review of the faucet but rather a review of the purchase and return experience. I needed an 8" base, bought this and it didn't work - my fault. So, i returned it and had the refund within hours of dropping it off at UPS store, incredible! I love Amazon and merchants like this one, who are very conscientious about their customer's experience!

I ended up buying 3 total. It was so easy to install. Less than 10 minutes each. All you need is the tool provided and a crescent wrench for the water lines. The hard part was taking out the old faucet. Almost 1.5 hours each! This faucet looks and feels like it’s so much more expensive than it is. I saw almost the exact same faucet under a different name brand at the Home Depot for over double this price! What a great value! I will definitely buy more if I need them.

My husband was thinking there was a part missing but everything was complete so we apologize for emailing the vendor requesting it. It is a very easy installation and it was a great deal.

This is a good product. It seems like it was made well and looks nice. Good for upgrading your bathroom on a budget.

So the best part is that was easy to install, the instructions were easy, it came on a package we’re the product was very protected, and it looks exactly as how is shown on the website.

Just installed this and it was super easy to install with easy to understand instructions. Pretty much idiot proof. It also looks good and you can't argue with the price for what you get.
