Pleased I purchased this - both discs are useful
I've had quite a few Leslie Sansone videos and DVDs over the years, and mostly prefer her sessions from the 1980s and 1990s - so wasn't sure if I would like this. But I do.I deliberately bought the 2-disc version, and am pleased that I did.The session on the first disc is a long - nearly 48 minutes - aerobic walking workout with intervals of jogging (now seemingly called 'Boosted Walking') in between. Most of the moves are the ones I already know, and there are a few others that I reckon I can get the hang of. This will be a good addition to my normal rotation of Leslie DVDs when I'm wanting something a bit longer and more challenging.The second disc was a bit of a surprise. A "1 mile" jogging session. With the warm-up etc, it lasts about 15 minutes, and I quite like the idea of something like this when you're wanting a quick but higher impact shot of walkaerobics.Being more recent productions than Leslie's earlier products, these are relatively polished, but still the Leslie we know and love. If the combination of sessions I've mentioned sounds like it could be you, I would certainly recommend looking into this set.

One of Leslie's BEST DVD's and HARDEST workouts! I break a good sweat on this one!
I love this workout! I'm a big fan of Leslie's Walking program. I own about 20 of her DVD's and do one a day to stay in shape. I'm 45 years old and have kept to this routine for 5 years after loosing 85 lbs. I'm now at my perfect weight of 105 lbs and, thanks to Leslie, I've maintained that weight for 5 years!! Of the 20+ DVD's I own of Leslie Sansone, this is probably my favorite. I have the 2-DVD set.DVD 1 is a 4 mile fast walk with intervals of high impact. The music is a lot of fun, some of my favorite music from all her DVD's, it's really motivating. Leslie is manic on this one with a lot of joking and fun that keeps your mind off the fact that you're doing a 50 minute workout. Also, I'm an advanced walker now, I'm in excellent condition. I can still break a sweat with this DVD when I really work it. For a beginner, this would be a really rough DVD and I doubt you'd get through it. She does intervals of high impact in this one which I like and the high impact intervals are 2 minutes which is long enough to give you a good workout. She doesn't use weights or the stretchy band on this one but they're not needed. The music is fast and the workout by itself is sufficient. This is one of Leslie's best DVD's and hardest workouts.DVD 2 is very good as well. It's a 15 minute high impact workout, no intervals on this one and, among Leslie's DVD's, it's one of a kind. You start with a warm up and then go right into a jog and it's all high impact kicking, knee lifts and leg swings til the end. The first time I did this workout, several years ago, I was a bit worried I wouldn't get through it, but I did. I was more out of breath than I'd gotten on any of her other DVD's because I wasn't used to staying in high impact aerobics that long. I can still get a good sweat on this one if I work really hard and I feel it gives me a good boost. The only complaint I have is the volume of the music varies and it's sometimes very muted. But I like the workout so much that I just crank up the volume.

Old school Leslie at her best
This is my go-to workout. It's running time is around 48 minutes, and it's Leslie at my favorite - bubbly, genuine, and human, before her spontaneity and sincere talk got stripped away. I have been walking with Leslie for years. I prefer this workout above all the others I've done because it's the perfect level of intensity for me; it's work the time I put into it. I get frustrated by the other DVDs that have run time close to this one (or even longer!) that are fewer miles. I have 3 young kids and a full time job, if I'm going to invest almost an hour a day into a workout, I'd rather get the most bang for my buck. Some people get annoyed with Leslie's chatter, but I love it. When I just started out with this DVD, it helped keep me motivated. Now, my husband and I joke almost the whole time I'm doing this DVD because we can recite it word for word, which I actually like because it helps me know exactly where I am in the workout. I also prefer this because it's the original way that Leslie did her multi-mile workouts, straight through. Some of her newer DVDs that are mix and match bug me because each new mile starts off slowly in almost warm-up mode, and I don't like letting my heart rate fall that much every time a new mile comes.Many others have given a breakdown of what this workout includes, so I'll just close with saying that the old school Leslie is my favorite and I'll be forever devoted to her. Give me 90s Leslie any day; you can keep your modern Leslie.

Always a good thing to do
It's good to be able to workout indoors whatever the weather. Leslie sansone walks are always doable whatever your fitness level.

Easy and fun exercise. One of her best dvd ever.
I love Leslie Sansone a lot. I have been using this walk slim 4 fast mile dvd of her for many years. I had lost a lot of weight using this dvd and kept me fit till today. Thanks to God. I have purchased this dvd of her currently because my old dvd got old and I wanted to have a back of this dvd. Leslie Sansone is God sent a gift from God. The exercise is gentle and it’s good for people who has joints problems. love Leslie Sansone and her dvd God bless her ameen.

Leslie sansone Walk slim 4 fast miles
I am a great fan of leslie Sansone , I have been using her dvds since I was 35 and I am now 45 and still loving them and do her tapes four times a week and have never gained a pound. This dvd of leslie's is great she does the interval running which I really enjoy. I often read people who have written reviews on her tapes and it makes me laugh when they say they are not hard enough. I find her tapes are great for all levels if you want to just do the walk then go for it if you want to make it harder like I do run all the way through it and add weights this keeps my heart rate up. I love the dvd as they are not hard on your joints yet they are very effective! I have also tryed the firm tapes and I still get a better workout when I run through Leslie sansone's workouts my heart rate stays up for the full hour. This particular dvd is great because the interval running gives you that added boost. And if you don't feel like hearing her talk just turn up your own music the moves are easy enough that you can follow without hearing her, you won't get all twisted up like on some workout programs.

Great product and delivery!
A really good DVD. I have several of Leslie Sansone's, but wanted something new. I was delighted with this. It has 'interval' walking, which includes intervals of boosted walking to speed up energy levels!! I love it. Also, even though it had to come from America, it was not too long in arriving.

ゆるくやりたい時はレスリーのWalkシリーズがぴったりです。運動負荷も低め。でもほどほどに汗もかけるし、ちゃんとそこそこ心拍数も上がります。お天気悪いとウォーキングできないやって方にも向きます。このDVDはそんなレスリーのWalkシリーズの中でも、特にお勧め。レスリーのおしゃべり炸裂ですね。ダベリにつっこみいれながら、軽くワークアウトで4マイル(約6.4km)。クールダウンのストレッチまで含めて大体50分です。その間、早歩きと普通スピードの歩きを繰りかします。簡単なステップもあったりで単調ではないので、退屈はしないと思います。さらに、一緒に歩いているメンバーがユニーク!途中JBの"I feel good"もかかって絶好調。ボーナスDVDが1枚ついてきてお得です(1mile jog)。普通に家の機械で再生できました。
