Medium is lighter than depicted (looks just like fair)-offers mild coverage
I ordered the Mally Beauty smoothing perfecting powder in the shade medium. The medium powder foundation that I received is labeled medium but matches the fair photos and is fair in color. The powder is lightweight and lays evenly without looking dry. It is described as a perfecting powder and I do think it corrects and balances mildly but it does not correct as finely as some of my favorite powders. It does not cover quite as well as I would prefer. It does brighten my skin. Initially, I still like the actual powder but wish the color was a bit darker as the product photos depict and it covered better. I will update as time progresses as neededSuggestions for improvement-Color does not match the product photos in the medium I received (is labeled on box and powder as medium-Does not cover as well as I hope. Coverage is less than light.

Dryness, flaking, not full coverage
I received the Mally Beauty Powder in shade light. As a avid beauty product lover I know a good powder when I see one. Unfortunately this powder didn't work for my combination skin type.First time using it I noticed a substantial amount of streaking and blotchiness. Wanted to give it a few more tries prior to leaving my review however it did not get any better after 5 days of use.The compact itself is very nice and feels like it's quality made. The product within didn't wow me especially at this price point. This powder doesn't offer much coverage and leaves my skin dry and flaky within a few hours of wear. The applicator provided is of very poor quality.Overall Value: Given the high price point and poor coverage, I would not recommend this product.

Not enough coverage
I love using powder foundations because they go on smoother and aren't as heavy on my face, as the liquid foundations. Unfortunately, this product is nowhere close to being as good as all of the commercial big brands found in big box stores, like Target and Walmart. I got the Fair color and there's barely any pigmentation. The coverage is minimal and you can barely tell that you put it on. Since it doesn't come with an applicator, I applied it with a brush and went over my face multiple times with the same result. The coverage just isn't there. I didn't want to waste it, so I smashed it into a fine powder and have been using it as a setting powder when I wear BB cream. Considering the price of Mally Beauty products, I expected a lot more and would not get this again.

Beautiful on mature skin
Mally Beauty Smooth Skin Perfecting Powder Foundation, FairI'm old enough to have fine lines and some wrinkles, but still have somewhat oily skin. It's tricky to find products that combat the oil without making me look older. This powder does a beautiful job of setting makeup without enhancing fine lines or wrinkles or creating more texture. The undertone is on the neutral-leaning-yellow side, which works for me. It's tough to find "fair" products that don't have pink undertones, frankly. But if you prefer a pink or true neutral undertone, this won't work for you. I normally wear a mix of ivory and true ivory foundations (to get a more neutral undertone) and this powder is a good depth of shade for me as well.Comes in a sturdy, mirrored compact with a puff.

Beautiful finish, broke me out
I love a lot of things from Mally, so I had high expectations for this. However, I failed to notice before ordering that this contains coconut oil! Coconut oil and other similarly comedogenic ingredients (ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, etc.) break me out reliably, but I tried this anyway in hopes that the quantity would be small enough in a powder to not cause an issue. Unfortunately I had a few small closed comodones by the end of the day, and that's from only a single application. I'm not sure who this would be suited to, since the people who gravitate towards powder foundations tend to be more breakout-prone, and the people with dry enough skin to handle very thick ingredients would likely avoid putting powder all over.
