They came off at 65 MPH
Luckily my kayaks or bikes were not on top of my car when these things flew off the car at 65 MPH. The fit was not perfect, I did not expect it to be but dang. Now they can’t be trusted.

Very Poor instructions
Poor instructions. Even the short videos don’t mention there are two different sizes of the rails. Longer one goes in front and shorter one goes in the back. Once I figured that out, the rails fit!

Worked well for kayak
Worked great for hauling my kayak. Easy to install on my 2016 encore. I did notice more sound driving down the highway but that is more an issue with the car.

Bad fit
The description of these said they would fit my car but it was a poor fit. They started to come off after driving around for a few hours.

Cross bar
I bought these for my 2019 bucik encore. They worked fine and hold well for my 2 kayaks at the same time. Would say look over your directions first before install. I placed them on backwards the first time, they did still hold in place but looked funny to the eye. Once they were looked at and read they were placed on correctly and again did really well.

They do not fit my 2019 Buick Encore
Pulled out my crossbars that I purchased back in November when I purchased a 2019 Buick Encore .....The tutorial is no longer available , they are to wide , am I doing something wrong? What can I do now ??? The ad says they fit 2019 Buick . I could only take them out now to attach as I had a broken ankle… Can I send them back please to exchange for the correct width length ?

Didn't receive the proper size bars
The media could not be loaded. There is supposed to be one 84 cm bar and one 79 cm bar. The package had 2 84 cm bars.In order for the bar to fit at the back of the car it need to me shorter. I'm sending them back and asking for a refund.
