I bought this after reading reviews. This is a wonderful intro. to snowboarding for a child. My son is 5, above average height and weight. This fit him perfectly. It folds up easily for storage and moveability, and is usable. The handles can easily be reached, and the base of the board has raised areas for traction. The bottom is nice and slick, so it really does ride over snow and ice (on both grass and a street) perfectly. The light at the front is a bonus. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking for a winter alternative to sleds that is fun, durable, practical and confidence-building.

We bought this for our 9 year old. He loves it. The scooter slides really well and the foot grips make for a secure ride. The light effect is a cool bonus. We grown ups could not resist giving this a whirl. Super fun!

My nephews (5 & 8) really like these. They had one to share last year and broke it trying to snowboard on grass over the summer. They are actually pretty decent quality for the price and do well on snow, so I bought them each one for winter this year. Would be 5 star if there was more grip on the board itself. It is very slick and the small amount of texture does not help. Needs maybe some rubber on top to help you stay on while boarding.
