Thumb turn just spins
The lock operates correctly everytime from the key side but intermittently from the thumb turn side. It appears after using the key on the other side the thumb turn cannot connect and just spins. After a while it connects again and works until the key is used at which point it then doesn't work again

Good Quality EuroCylinder/Thumbturn Lock
This Eurocylinder with internal thumbturn lock replaced my unsafe double-cylinder lock on one of my fire exit doors. It was a direct replacement because I measured the old one first. It is working well and now provides safe, quick exit in case of fire. For security, outside doors with glass panels within reach of the interior thumbturn knob should not be used with this lock. If necessary, secure the door (no easy access panels!) rather than fitting double eurocylinder locks! I believe that this is a legal requirement for main fire exit doors for many residential premises now.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I should have read the reviews! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I purchased this lock and it only lasted 3 months! Thumb turn just spins and will not engage with the lock. Come on Amazon, stop ripping off your customers, take notice of these poor reviews. You try and return a product more than 30 days old and is only sold by Amazon. I can't raise this with the supplier as no details are available, the Chat bot says look at the Warrantee repair policy, HTML link goes, oops sorry there is nothing here for your to read.

Terrible quality
The cylinder broke after 2 weeks of use. When trying to lock the door, the thumbturn keeps turning and doesn't catch the lock. When I took the cylinder out, it wasn't rotating when the thumbturn was being turned. Two weeks of use and its broken.
