These natural wood boxes are perfect. I decorated one for a gift a couple of Christmases ago. Recently, I did one for myself. Now I'm going to do one each for my granddaughters.

This box is perfect!! its built without any flaws and the hinges and clasp work perfectly! Just need to decide if I should paint or stain or stencil it! i would buy this again.

I recently purchased this wood box with the idea of turning it into a DIY customized project. I couldn't be happier with it! While the wood is cheap (which I didn't care about because I was spray painting it anyway), it primed and spray painted up very nicely. The hinges on the lid and the clasp on the front are sturdy and were secured tightly to the box. The hardware came off smoothly and went back on just as securely when I was finished with spray painting. The box is a perfect size for storing my Valentine's I hope to get soon ;) Overall, it's a well-made, versatile box with endless creative potential!
