Very disappointed with he packaging which was an open thin plastic bag surrounded by syrofoam peanuts encased I an oversixpzed stryofoam linsulated box, inidivudual pieces were unwrapped.Food arrived frozen but the peanuts are a mess to pick up and I had to use my own freezer bags.

Barber Foods were once very good, and then they were bought out by AdvancePierre. Since then, their service and quality have been worse. The chicken pieces now lose a lot of their stuffing during cooking; they didn't before. There have often been nasty gristly bits in the chicken; there weren't before. When I wrote to the original company about a quality issue once, their reply was instant, courteous, and helpful. When I wrote to AdvancePierre about all the gristle, they ignored me.And now, the last straw, salmonella. Free of charge.
