The left side echoes
A month after I bought this headset the left side started echoing with a slightly higher pitch and staticky. I had the wire headset before this one and only reason I replaced that one was because the ear cushion came off and had hopes for this one but alas. I'm going back to the wire one cause that one lasted me nearly 2 years. Hopefully this is helpful.

Great Headset, Very Poor and Hard to Replace Wire
The headset itself is very well made and has great audio quality. The noise canceling is very effective and the headset fits very comfortably. I did however run into one major problem that forces me to not recommend purchasing this headset. The wire used in the headset is not durable; mine began to fail within 2 months and was unusable within 3; this on its own is not that big of a problem. I would be fine with buying a new cable every few months thats why its detachable. But this is where the second deal breaking issue lies. I have searched for quite some time now and have not found a functional replacement wire, Thermaltake themselves do not offer a replacement and all other wires have been nonfunctional or did not fit in the headphone jack (the usb-c plug in the headset is recessed in a very tight hole that not many cables fit in). Leaving you with a working headset that you can't use. However if you were able to find a working replacement wire or simply took very good care of the wire you get with the headset I think this is a 5 star and I recommend it, just be warned that the cable is fragile and (to my knowledge) irreplaceable.
