Good for Chinese calligraphy, nice color and good quality

I bought this kit to make simple gifts for my friends. Calligraphy is one of my strong suits, so I can make some pretty impressive looking bookmarks. They are 8 x 2.75" so not for very small books. Each bookmark has a specific main color. When making one for someone on the fly, I let them choose their own bookmark color and tassle colors, as they can be assembled any way you like. Because of the brownish, resume paper quality of the top/bottom inch of each bookmark, the presentation of the calligraphy ink is stellar. I will buy them again. Order with confidence.

I bought this product thinking it was paper, but is not , at least not real paper. It is a strange mixture of plastic and who knows what. Not nice to work with
