I was pretty excited to get this it came nicely packaged, I like how portable and compact it is. It even has a little compartment for the remote and accessories but I hit the power button and nothing happened. I charged both the box and the remote and that got the remote working which allowed me to connect it to my bluetooth but the ring light part won't turn on at all.Edited: I returned the defective one that I received and got a new one the very next day. Great customer service there. The new one works perfectly and I absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend. 5⭐️s

I got this to create content for flat lays as well as being able to be hands free and film things that I'm doing. It's perfect! The lighting options (color and intensity) are perfect. I like the clicker option but not something I need as I could simply trim my video and set up a delayed timer if needed. My favorite part is how compact it is! It all comes in this easy to store case and you open it and it pops up! So convenient. I do wish it was more sturdy for when you extend the arm fully out and face the camera down to get an overhead shot but I just plop some heavier items on the base. Also wish there was a way to not get the base in said shot but I just crop it out at the end. Otherwise this is exactly what I was looking for.

I really liked this light but it stopped working after 2 years. Why can’t things be built to last nowadays…it’s so wasteful.

We love our new tripod. It’s easy to use. I can film two different angles with it making content hasn’t been easier

I am not of the selfie generation but have had to start to record myself for work and podcasts. This product has made my job a lot easier! Very easy to use, a variety of height options and great lighting. My only regret is that I waited this long to purchase it!

I would’ve gone with fewer stars simply because my first one broke after using it a handful of times. It was very rusty and cracked without applying pressure. However I gave this product 5 stars simply because of the company response. I wasn’t expecting them to reply back so quickly much less ship me a few product on them. The customer service was incredibly responsive, and helpful. I did receive a new one and am looking forward to putting it to good usage. Let’s hope this one doesn’t break but regardless for me, good service is everything and they have excellent service so 5 stars for that. (As for the lighting itself, I use this to create food content and it’s perf)

Bought a while back as a gift and I then she opened it to use it, it wouldn’t charge. We’ve tried all plugs and even tried to use different cords.It won’t charge. And of. Ours it’s too late to return.

While the product is still usable. I thought the extension was much longer like what was advertised.
