Delivered as promised
The product had a non-standard delivery time of about a week, but I went ahead and ordered it. I got delivery updates, and received the package in the expected timeframe. The package appears to be what I ordered. It’s a gift, so I haven’t opened it, but it looks good.

Great gift! So perfect that I am going to have to buy it again!
This set was perfect for a 7 year old to put together. The instruction book has pictures that make it easy to understand what goes where. For independent children, this is a great item since it promotes the reading of instructions, following an order of steps and allows for great pride in the end. An adult only need stand by to answer questions or help to locate a pesky piece that might hide itself from easy view. Once together, our 7 year old found that the people included were the best thing! She loved knowing their names and that they were able to function in various areas of the clinic. Second best thing was all the animals provided to "doctor." What a great set to allow the imagination to fly free!

This was a gift for the little girl next door and she loved it!!! Really easy to put together for that age group (you "please help me" parents know what this means).

Birthday gift
My grand daughter loves it. She has taken ia apart and reassembled it 2x since she has gotten it last week.She is 10. It is very cute.

USED set...not new
Sold to me as new, but came with a taped box, resealed Lego bags (2 bags stuck together), scratched up clear Lego pieces and a HAIR stuck in one of the pieces. It appears to have all pieces and parts. I don't mind buying used toys, especially for a child, but it was sold to me as new.
