R1075L-2 Garnet spinner silver band made of different meditation rings: red Garnets, silver and gold. The main band is oxidized and rustic made of sterling silver. On top 3 spinner rings. One is made of yellow gold , another from Rose gold and the third is set with small garnet stones. The spinners move freely on the main band, held on by the wider band's edges. The spinner ring is believed to come from ancient Tibetan meditation traditions, and is called a "worry ring" because spinning the right is believed to have a calming effect on the mind and body. Given that the gemstones are natural and our jewelry is handmade especially for you, please consider that color variations and slight variances are normal.
