Used this the day after it was delivered, only for the rain to stop before I'd reached the end of the street!GOOD POINTSGood value, and fast delivery. SeeThe cover is lightweight, and easy to pack away.It seems quite well made.The elastic makes them easy to fit and remove, and holds them firmly. There are two short pieces of string at each end to tie them to the bike for extra security.I have a Pendleton Somerby e-bike, with the battery on the pannier rack, and double pannier bags, and I was worried the cover might not be long enough to stretch. I need not have worried: it fits fine across the raised pannier rack, and round under each bag.However:BAD POINTSAlthough my pannier bags are only 12 ¹/2" (32cm) across and 4" (10cm) deep, this cover is NOT wide enough to stretch round them sideways, leaving at least 2 inches (5cm) of the bags and the back seams (those closest to the bike wheel) unprotected. As my bags are more or less waterproof, and it is the seams which let in water - this rather defeats the object of having bought the cover.OVERALLUnless you have particularly small pannier bags, I am unfortunately unable to recommend this cover.

Very flimsy and elastic to go over panniers cheap and so cover comes off if slight wind.Definitely not fully waterproof.Disappointed

This cover is like a loose sheet. Not elastic to help it wrap around your panniers. The strings you see serve no purpose pull off at the first very slight tug. Avoid this product. Useless honestly

Whilst I'm sure it's showerproof, it's soo loose and baggy I'm not sure how showerproof it's going to be. The elastic in my knickers has better elasticity. There are two ties either end which are incredible short so are fiddly to tie. Not at all practical.
