Brilliant
One of those items were you just don't see the point in purchasing it, but it's so useful.Perfect addition for so many home gym activities; calf raises, push-ups, roll outs, crunches, to name just a few.Thought this was a bit expensive at first but it's great quality and I'm sorry I didn't purchase one sooner.Definitely recommend.

Just what I needed
I've been working with a personal trainer to strengthen my ankle following years of instability due to an injury. I use one of these in the sessions and wanted something to use at home. Just the right amount of give in this without it being too spongy and impossible to use. Brilliant product for a great price.

Well Made and Cheap
This is a great, thick pad for use in a gym. Protects knees especially, and is plush yet structured. Get a few and keep them in your gym! Well constructed.
