Easy to assemble and works well

I am leaving this review which is written before I am refunded for the not fit for purpose greenhouse I recently purchased from this company through Amazon. The item arrived quickly but was very poorly packaged. I ordered it in January and it was stored until Easter Monday when I attempted to erect it. The frame was easy to erect and appeared solid. The cover however, although strong looking, did not fit the frame being too high to sit neatly on roof supports and not long enough to reach the ground.. see pictures. I complained and was firstly informed that it must have been a manufacturing error. I had to send photos to prove this. I was offered a £10 compensation for my trouble and I could keep an article that was basically useless ! The company were at all times apologetic and offered a full refund. I then had to disassemble the frame and attempt to repack it to send it back. This was a nightmare. I then had to carry the bloody thing to the local post office. It is now on its return journey and I await a full refund. The amount of time, expense and effort I have spent dealing with this I would not wish on another customer… hence this review. This may just have been a one off… but who knows. I shall follow this review up once I have received my refund. As stated the company appear to be apologetic and so I give them the benefit of doubt…. unfortunately I was too considerate… my refund had £3.50 deducted…. no explanation ….. no apology ….. and no mention of compensation… so I would recommend not using this company…
