The cleanser smells amazing! It’s smeels like a orange pineapple smoothie because of all the natural ingredients. It has a nice slip to it. Don’t be worried about the gray color. It comes from the charcoal.

I'm not someone who complains about fragrances (I actually like this smell of this product) or flavors but I'm actually allergic to perfume and this cleanser gave me bad reactions after using it. With perfume, I will start to sneeze, get watery eyes, itchy nose and scratchy throat. After using this cleanser, my nose and eyes would feel like they were burning and my throat would get scratchy. It's a shame because the smell is nice while washing your face but it lingers for too long afterwards, causing me to have the reactions. The ingredients say that it contains "parfum"'. I try to avoid stuff like this but decided to try the cleanser anyways because of all the other good stuff in there. I've used things for my face in the past that have had "fragance" as an ingredient with no issues. This is the first time this has happened and the first time I've bought something for my face with parfum as an ingredient.I was only able to use it for about a week and it didn't aggravate or improve my skin, thus the 3 stars. It lathers well. I will have to return it for a refund.

Best face cleaner EVER! I have sensitive skin, mostly dry but prone to occasional breakouts. This cleaner is the perfect product for my skin. It cleans without drying, and doesn't make me breakout like some moisturizing cleansers. Note, just use a tiny amount, like 1/2 the size of a pea. Moisten it with water in your palm and it will do a fabulous job of cleaning your whole face.Plus it smells amazing.

My daughter and I have been using this product for a few years. We both LOVE it. My daughter credits this product for changing her skin for the better. It helped clear her acne and light acne scars. Her skin is flawless now and she has developed a skin care routine based on this product. I recently told my sister about "Botanical Facial Cleanser" and she has ordered for herself and her daughter. It has a light scent and makes my skin (58 yr old) feel soft! Also love that this is all about natural ingredients and a family run business. Will continue to use this product and spread the word!

Still love it after 2 months and will re-order. What I love most is the light fresh feel of the cream and the fragrence. I now use the cream twice a day during allergy season to stave off affects of big doses of allergy meds "-).Recommended by a girlfiend who is 10 years older. Figured if she saw a difference at age 62, I would surely see benefits at age 52. Love that it does not leave my face feeling chemically stripped or "over cleaned". My face feels clean, fresh and lightly moisturized. It has a lovely botanical fragrence. I know my face is clean because I followed up with a Neutrogena make-up remover sheet and there was "0" face make-up, only waterproof mascara left behind.
