Wrap pack in a moist cloth or paper towel. Microwave pack for 20 seconds on HIGH until pack is warm but not too hot for the facial skin. If pack is not hot enough, microwave again at 5-second increments, but do not exceed 35 seconds. Test warmth by applying to the arm first.2. Apply warm pack to the face.
