Sturdy product! Excellent fit and finish, I feel my iPad is fully protected!!! This product is really worth buying!!!

The case provides a good protection and has a nice feel to it but it adds considerable heft to the Ipad, I was using it without the case before and it felt much lighter and versatile.To achieve a 45° like angle you have to fiddle around a bit everytime, its not as seamless as it should be.

Taking time out to write a detailed review since I’ve purchased almost 3 iPad cases (INR500, INR1k, INR 2K)*INR 500 - non ESR*You can literally feel it looks like a rip-off, the build is quite light, clumsy appearance and the colour is more periwinkle more gray than purple. Also, the back is a translucent mix of blue/gray/purple/(purbluray????) and would have killed my iPad’s purple (which is the best color IMO in the air series). The only upside is that you can throw it out after a year’s use and get new colors every season :)For a device that’s costing so much, I decided to order a slightly expensive one almost immediately.*INR 1k - ESR Trifold ascend series (magnetic)*Bought it for its magnetism, apple pencil holder, and ESR brand :) but felt I was still missing something. The translucent back was the same as the one above (maybe 5 bucks better?). Magnetism looked okay to me, the pencil holder was the best part and the material was WAY better than the INR 500 one - you can feel the rubber texture in this one (INR 500 was more plastic). Also, less stable and clumsy than the previous one. You know what I did next.*INR 2k - ESR Hybrid Detachable Upgraded Magnetic Case*PROS:1. Magnetism (I see some users find it strong, and some not so strong) varies (although slightly) from one device to another - mine felt okay2. Look and feel - PERFECT. The build quality, color, tone, and texture of the material - the cherry. It felt regal, like the sweet spot between rubber and velvet3. Transparent back - to showwww offfffff ;) and also to detach the iPad for upright reading mode4. Upright mode - well okay yeah kinda sorta works but slightly disappointed (I’ll tell you why)CONS:1. Not so stable when upright - the entire thing becomes slightly wobbly when upright. I guess I could have just bought a transparent case for another 1k (of my choice) and stuck it to the standard magnetic folio or my iPad stand.2. Lighter colors will definitely get dirty soon. If you use it outside in the open, please get a darker one.3. Weight - it IS heavy. You will definitely feel you are holding something in your hand.My take: I am happy with my 3rd option as its pros outweigh its cons. So it is totally worth it if you have a deal under 2.5k - just go for it. If not, go for a standard (but magnetic) one and be happy - ESR won't disappoint as this is one of their premium products.Pictures when I get my iPad - well that’s a different story altogether!! :(

The media could not be loaded. I had previously purchased esr case for my iPad which served me well . But looking at this case there is no doubt it will not disappoint me .Quality- feels really high quality almost feels rugged case . They have changed the inner material that touches the screen . This time it is rubberised material and will be more durable.Fit - fit is good all ports and buttons are accessible.Protection- No doubt this will provide good protection in all directions. But it does add some extra weight to it .Apple Pencil charging- it does pencil with sleeve on . I have ojos sleeve which has 0.3mm thickness on charging side . Little weak magnetisation but flap holds the pencil well .Price - I bought it for 2850 approx .Yes I do believe it is high. But you kind a get 2 cases in 1. So may be we can ignore that close to 2000 would be great price.Conclusion- Great case with great protection and features.Would I recommend this case ?Hell yeah 👍 go for it

Bought this for my 2020 ipad air 4th generation. My previous case was also from ESR. So I expect this one to be as good and I was not disappointed. The colour in the picture might look greyish but it's actually Matt black. Perfect colour. Also had very strong magnets which is good. It sure adds some weight to your device. My ipad air is not very airy now. But I am okay with it. Apple pencil also works flawlessly with this case. Very good product.

I am liking this product mainly because it is strong and surely going to protect my I pad...initially I thought little bit pricey but now I feel it's worth it , quality is also good and look classy 😊 💕.

Best quality, and security for ipad pro, though the magnetic are not very strong but it holds properly, and support apple pencil charge even with a pencil cover

Purple true to photo colour. Multi-use and cleverly designed as a 2 in 1. Capable of adapting to any angle and inside case is removable due to magnets. Close to a near perfect Case, it does have flaws.Positives: Tri-fold (folding cover backwards) stand is the most stable of any case I've used. Separating interior case is useful to lessen weight for handheld reading. Magnets are clearly added to the cover edges helps lock the position. Exterior cover with strong magnets can attach with the iPad onto a metal Fridge. Clasp magnet to secure the iPad and space for non-evasive Pencil holder. Magnet is strong to secure iPad does not separate from case. Both interior/exterior connections are stronger together, with added protection of the clasp.Flaws: Bulky. Protection limited to scratches and minor bumps. Minimal corner protection and recommend a carrying case for added protection. Weight heavier than most Industrial Cases due to magnets on the Interior and Exterior covers. Interior magnets are weak to attach to a Fridge, use only with Exterior cover. Tri-pod stand positioned is not stable to rest iPad onto extended exterior cover. Soft cover is not stable for lap use and should be used on hard surfaces.Overall a great multi-use case with some flaws. Fantastic option capable of meeting most needs.

iPad Color: StarlightCase Color: WhiteWhen I started looking for iPad cases for my new Air M2, I saw a couple of cases with a similar magnetic attach and detach option which I think is a wonderful design but hated how the magnets on the other models were configured in either shapes like circles or were too boxy. I was stoked to find this iPad case because of (1) the color contrast against the starlight color of my iPad and (2) the tidiness of the magnet configuration. This iPad case is by far the most aesthetically pleasing when compared to others to the market! With my previous iPad Pro, I had bought 2 cases- a clear case and a foldable one that I would regularly swap depending on what I was using my iPad for so I really appreciate that this one gives me the option to easily interchange it.Function:- Magnets seem to hold well against the detachable cover but time will tell- Love that the clear case perfectly aligns with the the cover no matter how you attach it so I don’t have to worry about it looking crooked- The texture of this case is another selling point but I can imagine I’ll have to replace this case at about a year mark due to wear and tear from repeatedly opening and closing the case- Likely not true with the darker colors but I can imagine the white will pick up quite a bit of dirt over time and look pretty dirty- I appreciate that I can safely charge my Apple Pencil on the side and not have to worry about the pencil falling to the bottom of my backpack as happened often in the past with my precious iPadOverall, I would definitely recommend this case to others due to its minimalism, build quality, and practicality, however, I’ll likely have to clean this case after each use to ensure it doesn’t get dirty too quickly. If you want to worry less, you should probably get a darker color but I just loved the white look.Lastly, I wasn’t expect the case to be 1.1 lbs in weight! I honestly don’t mind it because I drive to school, however, for those who walk to and from school- you should definitely consider opting for another case that won’t add an additional pound to your backpack weight!

I love how it folds just like the original iPad case but offers so much more functionality. I can easily position the iPad vertically, and the magnets on the case hold it securely in place.While it does add a bit of weight, it’s not overly heavy. In fact, I find the added weight helps me hold the iPad more securely and prevents accidental drops. The top piece that protects the pen is a brilliant addition. I feel confident that my Apple Pencil is secure, and it also provides extra security when I close the case.I’ve heard some complaints about this piece being in the way when using the iPad horizontally, but I haven’t had any issues. The magnetic clasp allows you to conveniently stick it to the back of the iPad when not in use.What I really appreciate is that the case comes in two pieces: one for protecting the iPad like a regular phone case and another as a folio to safeguard the screen and provide sturdy support for standing the iPad on its own. The clear case doesn’t add much weight; it’s the folio that’s slightly heavier, which personally doesn’t bother me at all.I’ve seen someone mention an odd smell when opening the package, and while it’s there initially, it’s temporary and dissipates within a week or two.
