This was the worst product I have ever purchased through amazon! I threw it away because obviously you can’t return it! What a complete waste of money! Terrible construction and the cheapest pieces I’ve ever seen! Makes amazon look bad for even carrying it on their website!

I predominately appreciated that this product is BPA Free. It is the primary reason for purchase. However, I truly commend the outstanding customer service this company provided me. It was nice to find a message inquiring whether I was enjoying the product. In an era, where good customer service is rare or almost extinct, what a pleasant surprise that this company extended this service to me. For me, that is worth its weight in gold.I have had this product for 4 months - used twice, but I have become disappointed in the quality of the material. The hole in the bag used to hang it from its plastic hook just broke. I had to absolutely use my scissors to create a hole to hold the hook for hanging. Better quality of materials need to be used.

I am happy with this purchase, however, there are two things unsatisfactory about it. One, it did not come in the drawstring bag I was expecting, and two, the clip that tightens the tubing does not work properly.

Hose is not stable. It's flimsy!!
