I didn't realize the ice pack inside was the little balls and I also didn't realize there was a body attached to it I thought the outside was just the head but that part was probably my fault for not looking good enough at the picture

I am a Hello Kitty fan and I got this for my head aches its not very big so it work's good on small boo boos. I also got one for my niece who broke her lip and needed to ice it down but refused to use an ice pack but as soon as she got the HK she's always hurting so she can use it. I wish it was bigger (it fits on the palm of my hand).

I noticed that other reviews said this came with a body, but mine did not. It is a bit small too, but it is nice to be able to slip the pack into a cute cover.

I'm a mom. My daughter gets boo boos and owies, she's kind of accident prone like me. Being that she is still a toddler, I'm generally the one holding the ice pack on her head, knees, elbows, wherever. Well, it is cold in Wisconsin in winter and I don't always want to be holding a cold pack on an owie when we just come inside from outdoors. This Hello Kitty Bye-Bye Boo-Boo is great! I don't have to wrap the gel pack in a paper towel and subject my hands to the cold while tending to my daughter's oweis. Her boo-boo goes bye-bye and I get to keep my hands warm, couldn't be a better match. I'm sure she'll like it when she starts tending to her own boo-boos.

Very cute and works really well as a barrier for the ice pack. Unfortunately the stitching came apart after just a couple of uses and the stuffing is coming out of Kitty's face.

This is a toy. A regular ice pack does not fit into the pouch. The incluted ice pack is too small to really work.

Nice to have for a toddler in order to convince them to use an ice pack when the need arises.

This is a really good idea. Our daughter often shied away from regular ice packs because they made her hand too cold to hold them on the "boo boo" or were too hard and "plasticy". This has a really good cold pack in the middle of a soft, somewhat insulating material...and it doesn't hurt a bit that "Hello Kitty" is one of her favorites.The only problem is that now any little bump needs a few minutes of this to feel better. :-)
