** Update: Well, I looked at some YouTube videos and learnt how to get the curls to hold! You curl and then hold the curl in your hand until it cools off and then, voila, curls! So I am now giving this wig five stars. It is awesome! And you can restraighten it too with a flat iron so win-win for this wig!! **This is a very soft and shiny wig. I'm happy with it as it is basically what my hair used to look like except I didn't have as much and it didn't sit as well as the wig does. However, try as I might, this wig will not curl, either with a hairdryer or a curling wand. I've been careful to only heat the wand to 300F as I believe the top heat temp is 320 for this wig. Anyway, no curls. But it's a beautiful wig anyway so I'm keeping it. I got it in the brown/ombre style, which pretty much looks like the burgundy one except it has some varigation at the crown. For the price, this is a great wig. I'm not convinced it's 70% human hair. But whatever it is, it's very nice.
