Great lock! Easy install in 1 hour with great instructions.
The lock install was very easy and the Bluetooth and WiFi connections linked quickly. I even set it up on my Google Home and now we can check and lock the door without walking to the door (great when my wife want to recheck the lock after we are in bed!)I also rekeyed it so we can use the same house key for every door. Overall, great product and works as good as I had hoped. I don't know how long the batteries will last but I'll be monitoring this over time.

Es la segunda cerradura inteligente Kwikset y está vez comprar la opción con WiFi fue la mejor decisión. Se instalan fácilmente, tiene bloqueo remoto con tu celular, puedes generar claves temporales y utilizar Alexa. La pantalla es muy buena y responde rápidamente.

Most difficult piece of junk ever
Getting this lock to connect to Bluetooth on the phone was the first challenge, have to do a factory reset over and over just to get it connected. Then connecting to the WiFi oh Lord I nearly took an axe to this thing. Took me over 2 hours of repeating the setup until finally it connected. This was not the first time this process had to be done, same for both experiences with the second being due to a router change and needing to reconnect. Very very frustrating piece of junk. Really regret getting this unit.

Not supported in Australia
Bought this lock for a new front door. After the install tried to install the app only to find the Kwikset Halo app is not support in Australia. Total disbelief and frustration.
