Love this, I actually didn’t know it was a massage chair until my husband put it together. I love this for my space not a strong massage but I didn’t buy it for that reason. Comfy chair too.

This chair is very odd in size. The arms are very low, making you having to hold up your arms, the fabric is abrasive, their is a protrusion in the lower back area that is hard. The worst thing is that seller won't take it back without customer paying the shipping. Shipping cost was $10 less than original price of chair. Another online rip off.

I bought this chair for extra seating and for decor. I love the look. It is comfortable and the massage is just right. It was very easy to assemble and fits right in to my home. It may not be the sturdiest chair, but for the price, it is great.

These chairs are a great investment. Very comfortable but not bulky. Just enough space and they recline and have a massage programmed in as well. The stirpes match up very nicely and good quality and sturdy. The best part besides the price is how easy they are to put together. I did it by myself in less than half an hour. I am so happy with this purchase and certainly recommend 100%

On the plus side, this was very easy to assemble and I love the pattern and colors of the fabric . The appearance is exactly as pictured and what I was looking for to match my living room. However, I found it very uncomfortable with the massagers poking up into the seat of the chair. They made it very lumpy in the seat, as well as the back. Also, sometimes this would come off balance, when reclined back so the sturdiness could be better. I ended up purchasing another recliner for every day use and putting this in another room where it is mainly used for decoration.

I chose this chair because it required assembly and I could therefore fit it through the doorway. The assembly required only five steps and no tools. I would recommend this chair to anyone. Very comfortable and the massage function works very well. Great value for the price.

Chair is very uncomfortable when not using the massager, and even worse when the massager is in use!I requested a return, received a return label, boxed it back up and took it to UPS to ship back, per seller instructions. Found out return shipping was not free and cost would be almost as much as I paid for the chair!!Cost of chair - $330 cost to return - $200Seller made NO mention/offer of any refund amount.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR OR PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!
