My first impression was the way the product was shipped which was in strong cardboard boxes and overall good heavy duty packaging. This attention to detail was a confidence builder right off. Okay, so I ordered these chairs for my kitchen table. The assembly was a breeze. All the screws and adjoining fasteners were first class. The bolts even come with a dab of locktite in the threads. This is huge b/c loose bolts are known to cause catastrophic failures in chairs. The chairs are relative comfortable and compact. The small foot print was perfect for my small kitchen. Which brings me to another point. Given the price, there has to be some trade offs. The legs for example are thinner than perhaps other chairs. Hence less wood material equals a lesser cost. By the same token, I’m a small guy weighing 165 lbs and normally don’t have too much company. The point is, I don’t know what these chairs are rated at but if you’re a big person you may reconsider a more robust built chair. Overall, they are very well built high quality chairs with attention to detail. I needed 4 chairs but ordered two initially just to check them out. After assembly I immediately ordered the other two. The next thing and probably the most important is the test of time. Unfortunately that’s impossible to comment but if the quality and attention to detail is any indication of that, then we’re on the right path.

dhairs must be assemble with long screws and I did that and I tighten the back and front legs with these screws and I made sure the screws were tighten as much as possible.After using the chairs for one month, the screws all became losses and so I tighten them up again and one moth later I check the screws again and they were all quiet loose again. not good.

The media could not be loaded.  Sturdy wood. Easy to assemble. Perfect investment that will last for years!

The rubber wood has a quality feel and appearance. The assembly is slow but gives a strong and level result! The cushion could have been softer for heavier adults.

These are very well made chairs. Please remember that they are solid hardwood chairs. I recommend that you add seat cushions for a more comfortable feel. Assembly of the chairs was quite easy.

The chairs were easy to put together. They look very nice and are comfortable

We love the chairs... very comfortable and the fact that the back rest and back legs are all one piece. Included instructions are weak, at best. Here's an easier way:1) Place seat on a table, cushion side down, with edge for front legs at the edge of the table. Install front legs, but finger tighten bolts only. (I put some of the packing materials under the cushion.)2) Cushion side still down, rotate seat 180 degrees. Let the back edge of the cushion overhang the edge of the table ~1-inch. Install back legs, with all bolts finger tight.3) Leaving the chair as is on the table (upside down with legs up and back of chair hanging down), place a straight-edge (12-inch paint stick or ruler) diagonally across the wooden frame of the cushion to check that the back edges are flush. Slowly tighten the two center bolts, frequently checking that the back edges remain flush. Tighten the 4 corner bolts as you re-check edges, then fully tighten all 6 bolts for the back.4) Flip chair over and place on level, hard floor. Wiggle the front legs as you put down pressure on the cushion, so that all feet are touching the floor equally. Hold that pressure (with a weight or someone pushing down) and tighten the 4 bolts 50%. Take pressure off and check that all 4 feet remain touching the floor. If so, fully tighten all bolts. If not, loosen bolts, wiggle the front legs again, then repeat pressure and bolt tightening.Presto!

Beautiful chairs sturdy, but color is a little to dark for my liking.
