This is a Jewelry Box - "Cardboard Jewelry Necklace Gift Box". Therefore, there is no cleaning cloth. However, the box does have an insert suitable for connecting a necklace within the box. No drawstring anything is included, which is why you didn't receive one.

Q: Will the 5x7 box fit a 5x7 photo?

No. These boxes have a satin-lined molded inside to accommodate jewelry. That's why they're called "Jewelry Necklace Gift Boxes". Also, if the outside dimensions are 5 x 7 inches, then the inside dimensions of the box would, logically, be slightly smaller. Plus, most photos given as gifts are given in frames. If the photo itself measures 5 x 7 inches, then an added frame would only make the overall dimensions even larger - too large for a 5 x 7 box.
