I rarely write reviews these days (too many orders, too little time) but still do if there's something pretty significant to say. I was hesitant to order this product given its cost but I'm not at all disappointed. I ordered two, one for each of my children with peanut and tree nut allergies. I wanted to find a good way to carry EpiPens during winter sports and colder outdoor activities. We always kept them in/under our jackets but they still seemed pretty exposed to cold. This holds the EpiPen right against the body and the neoprene really holds and maintains the heat. The EpiPens aren't even slightly chilled. I also like that there are no buckles to pinch the skin. Very comfortable. So much better than putting it inside an interior jacket pocket. No more worries about the EpiPens getting too cold. If these cost less, I'd order more!

Le produit est tel que la photo. Mon garcon ne la porte cependant pas aussi serré que sur la photo, car c'est moins confortable. Il la préfère à toutes les autres ceintures essayées auparavant vendues au Canada (tel que spibelt et celle envoyé gratuitement par la cie Épipen)Mon garcon a 9 ans et est très sportif. Il est de grandeur moyenne avec une petite taille. Il porte l'Épipen à l'avant. Il a essayé à l'arrière mais n'aime pas du tout ça.Nous avons reçu le colis par la poste standard très rapidement (quelques jours) avec aucuns frais supplémentaires à ceux ajoutés lors de la commande. Nous sommes du Québec,Canada.

I got this for my teenage son who no longer wanted to carry his epipens in a bag. It's worked out well. Comfortable and not all that obvious under clothing -- sometimes he's wearing it and I ask him if he has his epipens. The only ding I'll give it is that it would be really helpful to have a tiny pocket or slot to carry Benadryl. We've managed to jam it in, but it's not ideal.

Much more discreet than other waist pouches. Only comment is to wear a medic alert bracelet or something too as the Epi pen medicine may be so well hidden people wouldn't know it's there in an anaphylactic emergency.
