Product Good, Shipping not so much.
I just received the variant that has the Ryzen 5 3500 and RTX 2060. Will try to remember to update this review if anything comes up. If not updated, assume this machine is chugging along! Also make *absolutely certain* you pay attention to what you're buying. For example: under the same listing as this machine you can grab a variant with a 3060ti and nvme ssd. It'll actually say it in the product details. If the variant you're buying doesn't specify this, assume you're getting a SATA SSD.PROS:+ Case is great. No more unscrewing just to dust. It's a hinge, so gently unlock and open.+ Pretty good brand components. I knew I was getting a SATA SSD with this variant, and got a Western Digital Blue.+ No bloatware save for one thing+A RTX 2060 is more than enough to get you through most of today's games. Nvidia is even considering mass producing this particular card again to help folks get ray tracing. So if you can get this build around $1000-$1200, you're not going to beat that with the current GPU shortage.+ Comes with a folder that has contact information, a quick start guide, and a troubleshooting guide. As well as maintenance tips for those unfamiliar with keeping up a desktop. So nice for first timers!+ There was some packing inside the case itself to keep everything from jostling which is a good thing.+ Very quiet. Then again I only played an MMO while testing, but it was practically silent on my end. Maybe if you play Cyberpunk or something it'll be a bit louder.+ I actually like the keyboard it came with. I won't personally use the RGB, but the keys are snappy enough.CONS:- The amazon delivery packaging was *awful.* I can see why there's some reviews complaining about the tempered glass door being broken. My PC was put in a box nearly double the length of the PC's product box, without much beyond a sheet of really thin paper tucked in there. It absolutely shifted around (so thank heavens there was packing inside the product box).- The one thing that seems to be bloatware is the program installed to control the RGB lights. It just flat out doesn't work (that I can find). You change the lights through a button on top of the case, so it's useless and a pretty safe uninstall.- No DVI input for older monitors. I was lucky and had a spare HDMI chord on hand, but do keep in mind what your monitor needs before you commit to this.- When I bought this it was brought down to $1300 from nearly $1800. The GPU shortage is nuts, and this prebuilt has been delightful my first night working with it. But it absolutely is *not* an $1800 PC. If it's closer to $1000-$1200 consider getting it. I went in because of the sale and my old rig was having multiple hardware failures (thus, bit of an emergency).

Good purchase for the most part
I've had the computer for about a month in a half, and so far everything is working great, but I'm going to have to knock a point off for an inconvenience that came with the purchase. When everything was set up and I powered on the computer, there was nothing appearing on the monitor. After several minutes of checking the monitor's settings and making sure everything was plugged in correctly, I realized the graphics card was completely removed from its slot. This could have possibly happened during shipment, but I highly doubt this, because the way the graphics card was screwed onto computer's tower, you'd have to do some heavy, risky bending to get the graphics card even partially inserted into its slot, so I don't think the graphics card was ever properly put in place prior to the computer being shipped out. So I spent about an hour unscrewing the graphics card and carefully adjusting it until I was sure the graphics card was safely and properly inserted, while at the same time having it properly screwed onto the tower, which can be a puzzle. I'm not very knowledgeable about putting together PCs, but I have installed a graphics card into a computer in the past, so at least that experience helped. But for someone who has never dealt with this sort of stuff, and just wanted a gaming PC ready to go, this would be an even bigger issue. They'd have to risk addressing this themselves and potentially damage the parts, or have to return the computer to fix it, which is just extremely inconvenient and impractical. I know it was just an unplugged graphics card, but it kind of defeats the purpose of buying a prebuilt gaming PC!In conclusion, the item product itself is just fine so far, but it was not put together very carefully.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Broke in 1 year with very light usage DO NOT BUY!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Broke in 1 year with very light usage DO NOT BUY!!!It has been only 1 year and 2 months. It won't turn on anymore. When I press the power button, it turns on for a second and shuts down immediately.CUSTOMER SERVICE:*Update 8/30* I have spoken to customer service today. It took me 2 hours to get customer service. I called them, emailed them, and sent a chat email. At last, I received a call from Nathaniel C. He was very friendly and helpful. He sent me instructions on what to check. We went thru the instructions. Unfortunately, it is NOT the power supply. I have an expensive surge protector. All of my other older computers are fine (different brands).*update* 8.31 They emailed me. Because it is outside of their warranty period. They are not going to fix it. Which I understand... I am bummed out and angry. Who could blame me?IS IT WORTH THE MONEY: NO NOT AT ALL!!!I invested so much money on this computer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a computer.1. I paid for more than what is listed on amazon right now. YEAH. I'm not talking about sale price either. They price gouged me.2. I barely got to use this computer. It is lightly used. BROKEN!!IS IT REALLY WORTH THE RISK? NO NO NOI am trying my best to write a fair review. Overall, I am just full of regret. I am never buying from them again. I wish I read the reviews and took the negative ones more seriously ESPECIALLY when it comes with a video or picture proof. THAT is how you know it is a real review. Please DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER! I wish someone told me not to. Spend your money some place else! DON'T RISK IT!

Horrible! Do not buy from here!
My 14 year old daughter saved her money for 2 years in order to buy a gaming computer and this is the one she got. BIG MISTAKE!! After 2 months it completely stopped working!! Can not do the new window updates, etc. When we contacted them the told us "how to fix it" and NONE of it worked. So here my daughter sits, almost a year later, with no computer.....and all her money wasted! Disgusting! Spending this amount of money for it to last 2 months! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

My video card lasted 31 days.
I ordered this computer and the video card failed after 31 days which is exactly one day after Amazon stops covering their warranty. Then I went to the computer manufacturer and they sent me to another company that refuses to answer their phone. I will say that TT was a good company this new company. I have been on hold for over 3 hours of my life and I keep getting disconnected to get a replacement video card. I really would prefer if I didn't spend $1,000 on a computer for 30 days. It seems a very inefficient use of money and I'm very disappointed that I can't get any service. I will never buy from skytec again and I hope that none of you do and you have to go through this. I am going to end up buying my own video card and installing it and just keep sending them the receipt or take them to court until they are able to reimburse me. Update* finally got through to Jose on Friday and he seems super helpful he would send out a replacement card (I would pay a deposit) and then I would send mine back and get my deposit back.... It's now Tuesday and I had to call them everyday and apparently Jose is not working if he's the only person who knows how to do this... And it'll be 1 to 3 weeks before I see this new video card. So my computer lasted 31 days and then I have to wait a month for a warranty claim. Just really doesn't seem like they want your business after you buy their non-functioning computers.
