Bravo! A fun workout for true Broadway babies!
Based on reviews, I had very low expectations, both in the paper quality and overall value. Very glad I bought it anyway! The questions are not easy; you've REALLY got to know titles and taglines, settings, characters, history, lyrics, etc. They cover decades of shows, up to fairly current. Oh, how I hope they come out with more cards! The card stock isn't cheap or flimsy, either.

We Love Theatre But Not This Game
We are huge musical theatre fans in our house and were super excited to play this game. However, it fell quite short for us.First, this game is just cards. There aren't scoresheets, no board, not even instructions. It does say on the box what to do: essentially read the cards and answer. They are basically just a set of musical theatre questions. The cards don't seem to be particularly high quality for the price. We went through the entire deck in a few hours and there were several repeated cards. We also felt the mix of questions was strange. Some were very easy and some were incredibly obscure. Example: name the villain in the Lion King vs. who won a Tony in 1960. Some musicals had just one card and some seemed to come up over and over again (how many Jesus Christ Superstar cards do we really need?). We enjoyed the "finish the lyric" cards the most since they got us singing.Honestly, I think any group of theatre fans could put together a better game in a few hours. It was still fun to play and we will probably play again, but it's not our favorite game by a long shot, even though it had great potential.
