MeijiChocolate Kinoko No Yama, 2.61 Ounce

I got these out of my mailbox yesterday, July 6, only to find out they had been sitting in there since the 2nd, over a holiday weekend that was one of the hottest of the year. Was it my fault for having chocolate shipped in July? Of course. But a heads up from the USPS would have been nice, especially considering the shipper did well in stamping the envelope with "heat sensitive"Obviously they were completely melted into a liquid mess. So I just put the entire package in the freezer, waited a couple hours, and ate the reshaped chocolate lump. And it was delicious. Thanks for the treat! Five stars for Meiji. Zero stars for the USPS.

It came within three days, much sooner than I would have expected.The packaging was great, and it came in a box not much bigger than its own, so they're not being wasteful.The chocolate itself was slightly melted, but that may have been due to the heatwave going on recently and the fact that we didn't get to the mailbox until later that night. If your candy/chocolate ever comes melted, make sure to take temperature and time of delivery into account! Better yet, try to pick up your mail when it is delivered and try not to order chocolate during a heatwave.It was great and tasted fine anyway.Would probably buy from them again.

I bought these and love them

After seeing reviews I expected mine to come in melted but they actually came in perfect condition! They were packaged well, sealed, not melted together and they tasted amazing! My daughter and I enjoyed them a lot. May order more later!

i bought these qwith the bambo ones and i like dthese mroe sure they stuck together a bit but they were clean and yummy i will so order mroe of them for certain . though it took a while to get here the company packaged them pretty well

These are really cute- took awhile to get here, but daughter loved them. They are kind of like the cookie part of those Panda dipping cookies, but have a chocolate top on them instead of frosting to dip into. (If you don't know Panda.... KIt's kind of like animal crackers in stick form- not the shortbread animal crackers, but the crisper cracker type that are just barely sweet.)

I'm a fan of the Pocky sticks and pandas that you can buy at the store and wanted to try something from Japan. These are so good, and have a great milk chocolate taste. It took a bit for them to arrive and they were all melted when I opened the package, but these shipped across the world in the middle of a record breaking summer.

when i received my package the candy had been melted together. i highly suggest that these candys be kept in a climate controlled environment in shipping. but for all i know they could have been melted before delivery. i ordered the bamboo shoots from the same company and they were not melted. i still ate the candy even though it had been melted together and it tasted perfectly fine. in fact the candy’s were very good even though they had been melted.
