First off this is a REAL REVIEW; nobody gave me free stuff to write it.I have a 4-mo American Eskimo puppy who is so cute! But he's getting too strong for his training collar, so I wanted to transition him to a harness that would help train good walking behavior. So far I like it. It's cut down on pulling on walks almost immediately, and the shorter leash gives you more control. The metal parts seem solidly built and the double d-rings on the back is essential backup in case the (plastic, ugh) buckle comes loose.The negatives come in the materials. I'm used to smooth nylon products that won't tangle or irritate my dogs skin. I'm not sure the material here but it's not coated or smooth so I'm hesitant to leave the harness on for any length of time. And the plastic pieces seem pretty cheap. But for his first training harness, and for the price, I can't complain too much.I got a size M so it'd fit him now and as he grows, but the t-strap is a bit loose (they don't provide a measurement for that so it's a crapshoot).

This harness it awesome. I had bought one for our small pitbull puppy that had to go over his enormous head that was too big around his chest. It was a nightmare to get on and off and took both me and my husband to put on. This one he just steps right into and secures around on his back.It of course doesn't stop him from chewing at it but if you have something that could I'd pay BIG money for that haha. When we got this his chest was about an inch too small but at the rate he was growing I knew it would fit in a week. It was a bit loose but still stayed on. He will be able to grow into it for a few months thanks t it being adjustable. We were looking for something cheap but effective that we didn't feel bad about tossing after he grows out of it and this fit the bill perfectly. The leash is a bit short for a well trained dog but is perfect for our rebellious puppy. Very good value. Ill most likely buy the next size up if he can not chew through it.

BEST HARNESS EVER. LOVE THE MATERIAL. VERY STURDY AND WELL MADE. WILL BE BUYING AGAIN FOR MY OTHER DOG. HARNESS HAS ALOT ROOM FOR ADJUSTMENT. DOG SEEMS VERY COMFORTABLE, AND PREFERS THIS HARNESS TO OTHERS. COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH QUALITY, COLOR PRICE. THE LEASH IS ALSO VERY WELL MADE AND I LOVE THE HANDLE IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AS I AM TRAINING PUPPY AND IT HAS FOAM TO HELP EASE MY HAND FROM THE PULLING! WILL BUY AGAIN AND AGAIN!

I bought this for my 6 month old Boston Terrier. Loved the color, fit and material. It was little big for him but since it's adjustable it fit perfectly.10 days passed, used daily 2-3 times when we take him out. I see the soft handle provided on the leash started showing cracks and 2 days later almost completely torn. I don't think it's a good quality product hence 1 star.

Daily runs, occasional walks, lots of hiking and pulling and this comfortable, lightweight harness is still going strong. Only a small tear formed in the leash. Once the individual cords inside the fabric of the leash started to show and unravel, I just became afraid that the leash would snap, so I have since replaced the leash (with a different brand)

The harness tore the first day we used it. We decided to just suck it up as a loss and try to find something else while we continued to use the leash part of this set. The leash ended us falling apart at the top but it functions. I wouldn't buy this for strong dogs who barrel down and pull, it just won't hold up with that kind of strength. It feels well made out of the box, but it just didn't hold up.

This is my favorite harness. We've gone through quite a few since our Pom was little because she kept chewing them.I came across these and tried the set. I think the length of the leash is perfect. The dog has plenty of room to roam. The harness fits her perfectly when adjusted.I bought a few more in assorted colors "just in case" she's not finished chewing. You cannot beat this price!

I thought this was going to work out really well but my 35 lb beagle slips right out of it. I have yet to find one that actually confines him. I don't know why this is. His hair is super soft and silky but my husband adjusted him to fit him snug and securely and it still doesn't keep him from getting out of it and EASILY. I would return it but I through away the packaging before I should have. I really like the leash but the harness doesn't do it for my dog.
